Mix together well:
6 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Step Three: In a separate bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Step Four: Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix well.
Step Five : Line muffin cups with paper liners and spray liners with Pam Baking spray. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Step Six: Sprinkle the muffins with the crumble topping mixture.
Step Seven: Bake for 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees. (Note: my oven seems to cook hotter than some, so adjust the cook time to your oven.)
